3) Although items generally arrive safely in the courier system, sometimes they arrive damaged by the courier. If this happens then we issue the customer a refund. And put a claim in against the courier for compensation. We are unable to pay you for the item until we have received compensation. Don’t worry about this though it doesn’t happen that often.
